Eat, Pray, Love (EA) Which do you choose?

Hi, as I said before I have problem with EPL. It does not take any trade, error code is below. I think the problem with limit orders. I remember Jose told that EPL works with limit orders...

On Kiss v3 & EPL V2c may I ask how the parameter HedgeBreakEven works? It is preset to 5, does that mean 5 trades per currency pair it will hedge the series?

No. This parameter does not hedge nothing. The parameter for hedging is

extern int MinCoverLevel=3;

If true, after three trades are open in the same direction it will open another trade in the contrary, and successive.

The parameter you are referring to:

extern bool UseHedgeClosure=true;
extern int HedgeBreakEven=5;

Is only used for closing contrary trades when there is a profit of breaven + 5. It does not open anything, only closes hedge trades of the same pair.

Only till December 31st then it will expire due to lame questions on this forum.

If Jose does not come come back and change the expiry you won't be able to use it.

And EPL is the most stable of José's EAs for me at the moment...

You're right, BF, KISS v3 and v2a are also running great. Max DD for EPL was 0.06% so far.

And I like the idea of donating a percentage of the profits to a charity of José's choice. So hopefully he comes back so that we can say thank you in that way.
