Will you open a new thread where newbies can post their questions? I think it is needed, otherwise Jose will leave or dont come back.

So I have opened this thread to keep Jose's threads uncluttered.

We all agree he does fantastic work here, and is very generous sharing it, and Jose deserves all our thanks. I presume again that we would all like Jose to hang around and keep sharing his excellent work.

It is tiresome for Jose to have to repeatedly answer the same questions asked my forum members over and over again. New members are popping up all the time & of course will have questions.

So maybe those members more experienced could answer the questions of the newbies here, by way of giving a little back to Jose?

Is it possible that one moderator move some posts from Jose's original threads to this thread? So Jose can focus on answering question he only can answer (like the differences in the versions etc)?

no this would be to much work, as those questions are all made before this thread was started( and so I would have too to change the posting date ecc), but in future all users should ask their basic questions only in this thread, as I will delete them in the other threads without any warnings!

Thanks for your thread mackaozy, I will subscribe to it and try to answer some questions. And milanese, thanks for stepping up and stopping this storm of basic questions that was cluttering up all of Jose's threads.

I'll start with some frequently asked questions in all Jose's threads.

What if I want additional trade management functions in any of Jose's EAs?
I cannot find any stop loss or take profit settings in this EA. How can I use an emergency stop loss of 200 pips?
How do I set a Basket Take Profit of 3% of balance?

These were only a few examples but there are enough EAs in this forum that can manage your trades in almost every way you would like.

I tried to load ExpertXX, but I'm getting the following message: "ExpertXX: has newer unsupported version, please update your client terminal" What can I do?
Close your Empty4 platform and restart it. The latest Empty4 version from your broker should be installed automatically. If this doesn't work, try the following steps

Download and perform a fresh new installation of Empty4 using your broker's most recent installer. If you're using Global Prime, then go to the following page to get the newest installer: https://www.globalprime.com.au/forex/download-Empty4/
Open the installation folder of your fresh new Empty4 platform. It should be in your Program Files folder, your main drive folder ("C:/"), or any other folder you chose when you installed Empty4.
Open the installation folder of your outdated Empty4 platform.
Copy the terminal.exe file of your new Empty4 folder and replace the old file of your outdated platform:

Restart Empty4. Your platform should be up to date.

is there any Expiration on the kiss v3 version
it is not stated as the other are Expiration 31 12 2015

As I know it .... there is no expiration for this EA. It was discussed in the forum already otherwhere sometime ago. Can't find out in which thread it was posted ...........
