re-arrange tabs in Empty4 and scrolling through them

After opening a lot of charts, I like to put them in alfabetical order (AUDXXX->XAGXXX) . Drag and drop is tedious, so: is there another way to do this? I tried the following: go to "profiles" folder, choose the profile that contains your charts and find the file "order.wnd". I opened it with Notepad, copied and pasted the list into Excel, sorted it A->Z and pasted the result in the order.wnd and saved it. But that doesnt work. Any solutions?
Now, once the tabs are in the right order, I'd like to step through them with a keyboard command instead of pointing the cursor and clicking the tab.

If you drag a chart into a new location on the bottom bar and then go to the menu and hit 'Tile Vertically/Horizontally' it will set them in the new order. After done this save it as a new profile.

I have a question similar to this. I have 24 charts listed in the tabs at the bottom of the screen, they are in alphabetical order. I like to scroll through these charts one at a time (CTRL+TAB or CTRL+F6). The problem with this is it scrolls through in the order they were last accessed, not the order they appear on the tabs at the bottom of the screen.

I want to scroll through them in alphabetical order, ALWAYS. Example, if the charts are called A B C D E F and I have chart C open, the next chart I want to scroll to is D, the one after that E etc. If I have chart F open, then next one I want to scroll to is A, then B etc. Seems a simple thing to do but how do you do it in Empty4.

Here's a weird one for you...

After having one of my computers go haywire, I decided to put Empty4 onto my NAS, so that I can just hook up a new machine to the network, and get trading as quickly as possible.

The problem is, every time I start Empty4, the tabs are in a different order each time. I opened them in my preferred order in the first place, but when I close and re-open Empty4, I end up with tossed salad. Saving the correct order as a profile doesn't fix it, either

I don't know whether it's a Windows/Linux thing or not (the NAS is a Linux box), as they use different encoding for text files, but I doubt that that would be it.

Anyroad, I'm digging around the Empty4 language, to see if I can change the chart info to get it to park the tabs in the correct order.

I'm diving into unknown waters here, so wish me luck

edit... After a bit of playing, I found that when I save a profile, it saves the tabs in the correct order, but when loading the saved profile, the order of the tabs gets tossed... Strangely enough, it maintains the same window tiling positions, but when you have 15 symbols, and 4 charts per symbol, it gets a tad difficult to read.

I don't see an answer to this question; here is what I do.

Click the standard "Tile Windows" icon on the toolbar

All the chart will appear in the usual grid layout.

Now expand the first chart, say AUDCAD

Now you should be able to use "Ctrl + Tab" to quickly run through the charts in order

To skip back 1 or more, "Ctrl + Shift + Tab"

I used your script in history with success.
But when I try it now, Empty4 say me:
