Request: ADR Projection Lines for Current + Historical Days

Hi,

Anyone have an ADR Indicator that plots the ADR High/Low lines for the current day + past days?

All the ones I've come across only shows the current day's lines, which makes it useless for looking at how a pair has respected (or not) these levels in the past

Here's a screenshot of what I'm looking for...

NOTE: I found this attached to an MT5 indicator, but need it for MT4

Can it be done on Empty4? Anyone have it?

Ok, just came across one that pretty much does what I want and wanted to post and share in case anyone else is looking for the same.

Btw.. how do I edit the code so that the Lines don't "stair case" from day to day? It's visually displeasing the way the days are connected like that.

Also, after comparing the values to other ADR indicators out there, this one seems slightly off.. anyone care to take a look?

Other than that, this one plots the Daily Open + ADR high + ADR Low + ADR High/2 + ADR Low/2 lines (5 Lines total.. though I'm not sure how much attention the 1/2 ADR values should be given). Pretty cool.

Try the attached AdrHighLow3, it should do what you need. The one in your picture does not adjust / repaint to the current price development (if price goes below the days start price, ADR high should be lower).

If you just need the current day's ADR try the attached ADR 1, it's a bit more eye pleasing.

Hi Tomsic,

What version Empty4 you have this working, could you please share ? I have attached it from version 765 onwards but can not get to work/show on charts.

It's a channel based off Steve Mauros adr indi that a lot of us use. I mad it for back testing purposes really. It hasn't been used in a while so I'm not sure its compatible wih the latest builds.

No meed to read my ramblings just skip to the bottom of the first page for the final version.
