It will be my humble suggestion that we all plug in the MAs of our trading system and try with the dashboard/EA, and post the results. Let us do this to the end of February after which we can then compare results. I am trying two different settings on 2 demo accounts and one has generated the posted trades while the other has not generated anything. If we all use the same settings we won't know the MA or combinations of MA crossover that work best. Just my two cents.

Hello Traders,

We have shared with you tools to help in our trading and I made it clear from the original thread - http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... =16&t=4543 that I am not introducing a trading system but a MTF currency analyzer and trade entry management tool. Traders are sending PMs to share my settings or template and will appreciate if we can read the notice again.

We have worked hard to produce these dashboard and EA, and all we ask is for traders to plug in their own MAs and mess around with the tools, then share your results. I don't think this is asking too much. If we all use the same MAs, how are we going to have different results to compare, and how are we going to improve this dashboard/EA and find various optimum settings.

Let everyone pull his/her weight and contribute something.

Actually that was the idea to do but just needed to know the base so that variations can be applied.

It already has default settings as base to work from, and if you also read the user guide and the dashboard thread you will find ample information about different MAs we've been using.

It already has default settings as base to work from, and if you also read the user guide and the dashboard thread you will find ample information about different MAs we've been using.
