Hey Guys I just thought I'll contribute something I found that may help you guys out.

That link is a book which also explains the 3 consecutive days up that Captain mentions.

Also the main reason I like this thread is because I had found a similar thread in forex factory by FTI.

Which pretty much describes what the captain does but he is more secretive about it. He also claims to have been a tier 1 bank trader which made it even more interesting and he pretty much mentions the same things Captain says.

Hope you like it. I just started reading it and it seems interesting.

Nice to see that I am not the only one that noticed a similarity to what Fti shows. I was on that thread for a long time and could never really understand until I stumbled onto the Captains thread here. Slowly starting to get it now.

I am glad to see i wasn't the only one

I think the main difference between fti and Captain is that FTI doesn't care where he enter because he knows his Money management and averaging down will save him 90%+ of the time as he has shown and captain cares more about his entry but he is ok with taking a loss quick if he is wrong and just enter lower.

I agree. I have blown far fewer demos doing as the Captain teaches than with fti's way. Have actually done very well using Captains way. I just slip up sometimes and leave trades overnight and blow up when I was wrong on my levels or they make another push.

Yeah you really have to have balls of steal like he says

The thing with his money management is that you have to be super discipline in when to average down and when to get out .I understand now what he meant by only averaging down when it looks like is gonna go up again and not by a set amount of pips

They both trade the same 3 phase cycle but their mindset is different when entering.

I also prefer Captain strategy is a lot safer to start out with
