Fxozgirl.... Have to say great way to trade 10.2...

I decided to have a go using your way a couple of hours ago, being in Australia the timing was easy, like you within 2 hours - except I went cautiously for 300 pips being my first try here, - the close basket worked beautifully.

Just went through all the charts, picked everything over 0.8 or under 0.8 - Bingo!

Great idea, always loved close basket profits but NanningBob's system suits it perfectly.

Hi Carol,

No I'm not using a stop loss...but I am using the breakeven feature in mptm as some sort of protection.

Also as I'm trading a basket of pairs, and only taking the trades showing a strong trend, I have a high level of confidence that most trades will end positive.

Their has been the odd trade in drawdown when the global closure kicks in, so the results are a nett 400 pips.

Shelley may I suggest hooking up your account to myfxbook. It has a lot of interesting statistics on trading performace and might show you something you didn't know about your trades.

Um, this thread has moved a bit away from what Bob originally intended.
Bob, if you want a thread dedicated purely to your chart postings, then start a new one and lock it - you are a pcm and so can do so. That way, the rest of us anarchists cannot hijack it.

ALTERNATIVELY, we could move these posts to a new forum and call it "Why Battle scarred Veterans trade NB 10.2" and clean up this forum.

LOL you guys are killing me. No this is good. I wanted a forum where we could just talk. This is really fulfilling that role. I can keep my trade postings at FF for the time being and use this to just talk about trading. Did you see the new Cowboy IBFX contest. 2000 bucks for the person who gets the most pips. Sounds right up my alley. Will check it out.

The download must have corrupted because all it did was make my Empty4 crash. I will download a fresh copy and try to set up again.
