UJ. A buy stop filled just before the market fell and filled three sell stops. These closed out for +99 when the wavy appeared, leaving the open buy. HGBnG obediently send the new grid. The market is heading hot foot towards that first buy stop. It will be interesting to watch this play out.

The closed trades are not easy to see, so you may need to view this in a separate tab and enlarge it:

This EA has really become something...
interested how the price will play around and hopefully hit our buy stops and go up now

krzysiekqq2 just pm'd me to say the wrong user guide was in post 1. It was. The correct one is there now. You do not need it if you have an older HGBnG UG and have kept up with developments here. Members new to all this should download the correct UG.

A cretin posted something mindlessly stupid that generous but misguided members attempted a helpful reply.

The cretin cannot post here any more. Please do not fret that your helpful responses are deleted. I am making a point.

There are basics threads for the nervous and insecure; that is what those threads are for.

Not sure if you should post here? Slightly nervous that your post might attract my ire? Good. Stay quiet and do not bother me. You will not enjoy my response should you irritate me.

Moving on to something a tad more useful, a good opening day for all the features Kevin coded at the end of last week:

Open is an EU sell and two UC buys bobbing around and going nowhere for hours.

Also open that UJ hedged pair I think I mentioned earlier, bobbling around going nowhere and doing nothing better than costing me swap. Hey ho.

If you decide to leave HGB'nG handsfree, make sure you don't overtrade, as available margin could become an issue if a cycle starts lasting longer. I'm still considering whether it would be better to close all positions for the weekend or every other week. Maybe closing out only those positions whose cycle starts perpetuating would be enough. This because I want to be able to trade many pairs, profiting from several trading signals, without margin to become an issue.

Having just read through the entire topic; I am speechless, and am now eagerly looking forwards to becoming very familiar with HGB 'n G.

Kevin, FWIW... Experience has taught me that, with all jockeying for market position that goes on immediately prior to the weekend/end of the trading month - and the corresponding adjustment that follows on the Monday/day following, that trading in the 12 hours immediately before and after can be compared to walking blindfolded through a mine-field.

Proving to be a good week so far for this bot. I'm not with GP (yet!) so these are different to the results most of you are getting but I thought I'd share to show it working under different conditions. I've listed open and closed orders to show the DD which is all currently open but in the case of EJ, hedged. GBP closed this morning on a semaphore. All H4 on default settings.

Great stuff.
