Hello Ren
I have question about "Close Unprofitable Trades after xxx seconds" option.

if this option is set to 900sec(15min), each trade is checked from trade open time ?

ex.
trade A : open at 17:10 => check at 17:25
trade B : open at 17:20 => check at 17:35

Is this correct ?

if unprofitable threshold value is referred, this option is more useful.
I wish EA close trade if "profit < unprofitable threshold value" after xxx seconds.

Yes correct

Sorry for less explanation

My understanding of "Close Unprofitable Trades after xxx seconds" option is :

trade A : open at 17:10 => check at 17:25 +3pips => hold
trade B : open at 17:20 => check at 17:35 -5pips => close
trade C : open at 17:20 => check at 17:35 -0.1pips =>close

I dont think -0.1pips is not unprofitable trade.

I wish
trade A : open at 17:10 => check at 17:25 +3pips => hold
trade B : open at 17:20 => check at 17:35 -5pips => close
trade C : open at 17:20 => check at 17:35 -0.1pips =>hold

It is preferable EA judge unprofitable trade by referring user defined value.

Hi Guys

I hope we are all still tuned into this Ea......My results are looking extremely good ....unlike I have ever seen before..yes the down days, weeks will occur but when the trend gets rolling it will be excellent

Yes I'm still running with this but want to wait till I have some consistency before showing any results. I am in no doubt at all it will arrive. I am enjoying looking for gold nuggets with this awesome piece of work.

I'm still here,silently testing 4 different settings,2 personal, 1 from YOU Wavegarrick (H4 Timeframe),and one from TraderJoe.
I need some serious forward testin before sharing my thoughts and findings.
4\6 weeks are not enough.

ehmm..about your setting--MAD H4 250216--,H4 Timeframe,I had too many losing sessions in the last 10 days,so I was thinkin' to drop it down.
What settings are you using by now?

Hi Bippo,

Sorry to keep you in the dark I do not wish to jump the gun but my settings basically a little bit different but remain the same with currency strength test on all time frames from 5 min's to 4 hrs just that I am now using the single line method for calculation and also the 21 Lwma filter///my settings are 21 lwma 4 hr set to open, 60 lwma 1 hr set to open, 30min 120 lwma set to open, 15 min 240 Lwma set to open, 5 min 780 lwma set to open....

what I am looking for is consistancy and I think I am getting closer to it...currently 3000 pips up in 4 days but not the point...that is immaterial ...a live trading account will be much more conservative..

Just to get back to my point of jumping the gun...Rene is doing some good things behind the scenes and it would be unfair to post settiings that are not yet live so I leave it there
