Shelley's multi-pair basket trader

Thanks guys..... did the compile of indis and also the EA, save em already, reboot Empty4, put them in order of indi first, then load the EA. On a new chart.

Grrrrr........................still the same. Tried w 2 criminals, alpari uk and oanda.

Kelisa, there are 2 indicators you need:

10.2 TMA slope v.1.4B 4.30 for EA.mq4

and

10.2 TMA slope v.1.4B 4.30.mq4

It can be confusing as the names are very similar.
Just double check and make sure you have both of these indicators in your indicator folder.

I had the same problem as you at first and only realised after a couple of days that I only had 1 of the indicators.

To run the EA, you will need the attached 10.2 TMA slope v.1.4B 4.30 for EA.mq4 in your indicator folder. The only difference between this and and the version you downloaded from Bob's post 1 is that I have removed the list of inputs. There are quite a lot of these; the more there are, the harder it is to code an EA to drag values from them. Nothing I could do would persuade the 'official' Slope indi to return a value, so I had to delete the inputs. Coders, if you can come up with an iCustom call that overcomes this prob, then great.

Ok. I'm going to apologise in advance for what comes below as it might be against the original intent of the EA, but let me ask anyway in case some of you want the same

The EA was designed to open the basket at a specific time. I find that on days like today, I suspect a retrace, so I wait to see what markets do after open before activating Shelley. When I see the retrace is over, I want Shelley to kick in, but the only way is to wait for the next hour, i.e. I cannot choose it to kick in immediately upon attachment to chart. Would it be possible to have an option to choose the "activate by time" vs "activate imemdiately" as a parameter setting?
once again, sorry if I have gone against the grain and intent of what the EA was designed for.
If you support the idea though, please let me know. Thanks

I'm just about in the black now, looks like the market is going back with the trend,
eurjpy has moved to BE

Given it's Friday night here, and I've had one trade close at BE already, I've decided to amend my global closure to 300 pips for today in case we run out of momentum.

Mind you with everything that's been going on in the market this week, I think it's highly unlikely the bulls will want to remain in at the close of trading.
I think we will see a sell off between now and close.

Shelley, strange things do happen with the Empty4 with different criminals. I only have one indi on the chart.

You can activate Shelley by manipulating BasketSendHour. In that way you let it start when you want.

as mentioned above I think there will be more of a sell off, but that is just my opinion.
