Hey Lion - I use my own version of the strategy using the indicator. My main strategy is to enter a trade at the open of either a 4hr or daily candle and take a small profit of 5 - 10 pips.

thanks for that....where are you putting your buys/sells at the +5 or +10 etc? And how profitable are you ?thanks

Lion - I put my trades at the DAILY OPEN with a TP of 10pips. This is based on US eastern time of 17:00. Since the first of the year I have counted 74 trading days with a 91.8% Win rate. The losses total a MAX of 149 pips ---- The wins total anywhere from +680 to 1220 pips depending on whether you are able to go both ways. Sometimes I am awake sometimes asleep.

Thank you for that information. I have a question though, I dont understand your comment about trading both ways and what is your signal candle....in the 15 Min its the prior candle to the hour. What is it for the daily? or are you just waiting for that candle to open with ever the color is at the time and set your trade at what pending number of pips? also do you have a template you can share? sorry for all the questions but it sounds like a pretty painless strategy.

Thanks for your interest but there is really nothing new to add. I just use the sessionsmod indicator as a visual aid. At the Open ( which I assign - sometimes 5pm est and sometimes 8am est) I enter either long or short and use the indicator as a visual to take profit at 10 pips. My decisions are very discretionary and based on where open is in relation to a moving avg and cci. It really has nothing to do with this thread. Good trading to you. Please PM me if more questions.
