Hi everyone,

I keep getting this error

Invalid parameter(s) specified for DistanceBetweenTrades

Please help , or advise best setting for USD 500 account size on 4 pairs

Thanks for sharing, I have a question regarding the lot size, are you using 0.01 for each $1000 per pair?

Hi Szfxtrader,

Given that this is demo I am using OOTB settings of .05c and this is also a continuation of my madtrader tests. I have just continued with the same demo account. I want to build up a history of my madtrader tests as well as grid dancer. The idea for me is to build a history record of the best performing currency pairs and ea sets which I will use for consideration should I decide to go live..

So in answer to your question yes the sensible thing would be to adjust the lots according to your account size and more importantly trade only a few currency pairs that have performed well in your tests. Rene's advice to trade currency pairs with small spreads is also important.

Thank you for your reply! Today I will test it(London open) using your 60 Maddy set, 0.07 for 20K, Maxspread = 4.4 and Equity TP = 2%, 21 pairs, later I will share the result.

Hi Guys,

Grid dancers, capturing the reverse in the false upmove with pound strength this morning and turned what otherwise could have been a stressful morning into a good morning

By the way I am using " Max diff in Buys and sells " set at 3 with Grid dancer v1.3.

Thanks for sharing, are you using the Maddy v 1.7 Dashboard 8 15 - 5 , 15 & 30 mins.set ? I am asking you because today the EA just sold GU(I am using the Maddy v 1.7 Dashboard 21 60 - 5 & 15 mins.set).

Hi,

I am sorry to interrupt for possibly a silly question but I have a problem with grid dancer since monday.
I tried all versions and different broker platforms but the result is same. EA seems to work, there is no error message, but it takes no single trade!

If you have any idea I'd be appriciated.
