Your setfile will not allow stacking, David. I have added this to post 1:

This is the maximum trades the EA will stick, including the initial one. The default of 5 is pure guesswork.

Yes. This code was originally for single time frame ea's and is set in OnInit(). I will include a fix with the next version; it is no biggy for now.

V 1b is in post 1. David wants trading the blue wave to be optional, so there new input is TradeTheBlueWave in the HGI inputs section.

Steve you are faster than I can keep up. I will start updating the presets once when you tell me you are content with the code base that you are building.

Regarding blue waves. I didn't test them so I cannot vouch for their accuracy. I just played dumb and traded the red and green arrows when they popped up. If a few folks could test both setups for this EA it would be much appreciated.

I wanted to get it done this morning before going out teaching.

I have the blue wave enabled and returned home to an open $970 profit on a $10,000 start balance, so I closed the lot using the 'Nuclear Option' script I shall upload to post 1. There have been a few losses, so overall +897 pips and $709 cash profit.

I am trading all the Forex pairs. This is probably unnecessary as the thing is a trading tart, but we have an EA, so why not trade a bit more than usual?

Hahaha nice! I'm running it on 8 pair at the moment just looking for bugs. It's up about 370 pips. It took a couple hits this morning around NYO. Not sure if it was news related. Don't care at this point. It's definitely cranking out the pips.

Enjoy your sessions! That reminds me. I need to get a folder...

I sent the Folder Owner quite a long email recently, summarising some of the vast wealth of knowledge and understanding I have gleaned over the last decade.

He has printed it out and stored the sheets in The Folder. It still has life in it, 8 years or so later.

Hello Steve,

I'm porting to 1b right now (from the 1st original released version).

Just a question for clarification, as to continue trading it in the same way as it's been trading today:

If I want to keep the thing trading as it was in the original version, should I leave "TradeTheBlueWave =ON"?
