I don't know the answer to your question I'm afraid - I suggest to study relative manuals and search in a/the relative thread(s), or use the search function on the forum to find an answer.

Hi,

I am new here, so I thought I'd come along, post questions, make a few mistakes and so on.

By background is as a coder, so in time I hope to understand what is going on here, and help.

I have to admit I'm surprised at the results, having done many a failed attempts at grid type traders.

I've read the HGI manual - seems fairly straight forward, and I've read through these forums a few times - got to admit, I'm struggling to remember what features the bot has - its an absolute beast!

I sort of followed the evolution of the HGB to include ma, and a hedge, then a grid. I can see the reasoning for the transition, was the original a failure because the strategy didn't work - as it appeared to be sound - or because the original software was buggy, or because there was some human element that was too complicated to be coded?

I'm still working my way through how this beast works - but will ask my questions once I have some idea.

Hi All,

I'm using HGB 1L on Empty4 988. At times the pending are closed due to the Out Side Trading hours, but 24 hours Trading is enabled.

Does any one face this issue with the Build 988. Can you Please share if you still have the issues of EA disconnections/Out Side Trading hours with the current latest Empty4 build.
I could notice few users have experimented downgrading the Empty4 to lower versions. But I think, bug free version is not concluded.

Given the lack of recent posts here and the close of the main HGB thread was wondering if anyone is still using it.

I have read the threads and manual and still interested in using it but have some questions with regard to the TrendWave strategy.

No problem if everyone has moved on to Maddys thread.

I am not getting any trades nor any painting of arrows/waves in Charts.
Perhaps I should be targeting another recent EA incl HGB?

HGI_Name=HGI_v16.04 you need to change this to HGI_Name=HGI_v16.09 and download the actual HGI from the HGI thread, as this is the actual version of HGI than that setfile should work..
