Hi,

Here are my results for last week, using only GridMaster v1.5 to do the offsetting and using the set files of TJF ( A big thanks!

).

Interesting fact is the profit would be higher without the HGB....

All trades were closed on friday.
But still not comfortable with the DD.

Hi Hugo,

What profit settings did you use for GridMaster? I used minimum of 5 and both Long and Short HGBnG turned a profit independently of RnR.

Last week was a very tight range on GJ which favored RnR over HGBnG for sure though. This week may well be different.

Keep posting the results :youknow:

Hi TJF,

I to used a mininum profit of 5 for GridMaster, but with GridMaster managing both the HGBnG and RnR.

Whoever was the first person to download the new RnR "no recovery "set in post 1 needs to download it again as I had 0 as the magic number instead of 3. It needs to be 3 (HGBnG are 1 and 2) rather than 0 for GridMaster to recognize it. Sorry!

another - completly different - one from my side... a few weeks ago - i tried HGBnG with OOTB Settings on M5 on multiple Pairs. Want to Test how it runs on a 1K CENT Account... After 50% DD (over 500 eur negative) i decide not to kill that, but instead - take a look if Gridmaster can handle this crazy situation

The result - for my view - are impressive... what a recovery

This is brilliant and what this thread is all about. Using GridMaster and HGBnG multipair is something that has been on my mind to test but haven't got to it yet so thank you for posting.

I assume you are using Gridmaster 1.5 to manage multiple magic numbers rather than 1.3 as the set file suggests?

If you keep this test running will be great to see how it continues. It might be worth trying ATR for the grid size on HGBnG to balance out the pairs too?

no. its much more interesting because i'm using HGBnG in this case on all pairs with same magic number 2
Gridmaster 1.3 only manages magic 2 - maybe - crossed pairs...

will let them run for a while - have enough testing power here with 32 cpu cores
can also test another settings if needed...

........If you have the time to setup it would be good to see a test with each HGBnG on separate magic number and Gridmaster 1.5 to compare.

Bit of a slow week so far but starting to see a difference with Gridmaster (HGBnG + RnR) taking a lead with equity gain now greater than max drawdown...
