Is it possible to close all open trades, delete all open orders, and shutdown the EAs on other days also? (instead of only Friday)

you can add a option, basket to achieve profitability requirements, delete the EA.

Sorry this makes no sense, an EA can't delete an EA, if you mean deactivating autotrading, this function has the APBTM, as that TM is thought for basketrading..

Would it be possible to have a barebones version of this? With just simple take profit, stop loss, jumpstop, Break even, check milisecond and manage all trades? There are so many options I can hardly get it going right.

With this EA is possible to use settings like so?
-SL - set 100 pip
-Tp - Close 25% at 10 pip, close 25% at 20 pip, close 25% at 30 pip, close 25% at 40 pip
-Breakeven setting - BE+1 pip at +10 pip with partial profit?
-Trail Stop - at +15 pip trail up +5 pip, at +20 pip trail up +5 pip, at 30 pip trail up +5 pip, at 40 trade close.
-Check millisecond- trade ea check every 1 millisecond possible? 1/1000 of second I have nice processor

I try many time to get settings to do this task. Most time it close trade at +10 pip, I have terrible time trying

that means that it is out of trading hours for the symbol..
there is nothing the aptm could do, ask your broker, note aptm is thought for only Forex symbols..
