It's simple due diligence. Verified trading accounts are easiest way to chk if a strategy is profitable.

CJ's posts are does sound compelling. The accounts as to why the PA is going where seem reasonable and it seems like a profitable method of entries. However on actual comparisons with posted entries and outcomes don't actually pan out from the few examples shown.

So I want to see if anyone who's actively trading this strategy is profitable with a myfxbook linked account that's longer than 3 months.

Reasonable right? Any newbie looking to try this method would want to see the same thing.
Once again, there's no method here

And for the said newbies: moving on from here for the lack of 'linked accounts' would be one of the biggest mistakes of their trading lives

Quit the *strategy* and *method* mindset friend. This is about seeing. Move along at your own expense. Nothing more to say

Hello All,
Am at it and doing better gradually. i do get the wrong ones as well but the good part is that the a/c is balanced rather than starting to tip in the -ve. have held on to the balance for the last 3 weeks or so.

In the process have developed a DB of sorts which aligns to my style of picking trades with the NT method. While doing the homework this w.e. i had a glimmer of a pattern on the DB which flags a plausible pin in the near future. Will do the trading in the coming week based off that flag and see what the outcome is. Quite excited i am.

As for sharing the flag, it's quite simple actually. It's the slope of the indices as plotted by the CSS indi for the H1 tf. Whatever is at the top or bottom will make way for another to take it's place and this circle will repeat endlessly. Thus, look for pins on pairs whose index is at top or bottom.
Sounds quite naive and simple. Will test it.

Cheers, :-)

Regarding GBPUSD ,
Before Friday price finished 2 levels up . and for me i always close my trades same day.
Friday price don't makes the 3rd level and here where most of time i lose .
What can i do to make my entries better?
When i should expect that day is gone be SH and not make a new level?

To make entries better.... enter only at the extremes of daily ATR

When I should expect that the day is done--- when price moved close to the max ADR for that day, close trade.

My initial thought for out of the trap was SHORT.

However, Silver (which I'm finding clearer to read) is saying LONG

Hi CJ,

I am reading your post on FXAW and was amazed by the technique you have taught. The problem is pictures have disappeared from the pdf file and I am not able to make sufficient heads and tails from the left over. I am trying to use your method on the USDJPY and not sure if I have gotten it right. Do you have time to comment on my analysis given below?
