CSS WITH HGI

This week looks interesting on the 4H chart. I am using 4H info because it works best for the short trades by session trading I am doing right now. If you are doing longer term trading you should read the daily chart but with ranging prices 4H is the best to use for now.

All three Euro are on top angling down. Means that moves going up can still happen but heading strongly for a DT. Expect the EUROs to become sells by the middle to end of the week. Possibly even Tuesday if the dive continues strongly.

CAD is angling down and ready to cross USD, JPY, and NZD. So look to buy USD/CAD, NZD/CAD and sell CAD/JPY.

USD, JPY, NZD going up. As they get close to crossing the EURO pairs buy USD,JPY,NZD against the EURO pairs. Watch that JPY NZD may diverge since its not often they travel together. Dont expect them to travel together for long. Price of oil is going up which means the JPY will weaken. Its interesting that the price of OIL and JPY prices correlate. The lower the price of oil the strong the JPY gets. So I find that interesting. Looks like USD will go strong this week but the last time I said that it lasted one day.

AUD sitting alone on the bottom but strong angle up. Dont know if that will continue but it running separately from NZD and JPY is a new experience for me so not sure what to make of it. If NZD goes up AUD will follow so buy AUD crosses if you see this happen. If NZD swings done then look for AUD sells.

That should do it. Good luck this week.

They do indicate that there was recently a crossover of these pairs.

Cheers :)

Thought I would do a quick report. Have playful grandchildren to watch take naps while my son goes and picks up the third. So type some notes quick.

CAD went to the bottom and I missed it. In fact because I wrote it up wrong I went the wrong way. So have a mess to clean up. CAD sells did well though.

NZD went shooting up off of a news story and the AUD is following. Once AUD and NZD go into buys they like to slowly work their way up in a slow painful manner. That is because they have the highest interest rates and the big boys like collecting interest on their money and some market movement too. So its hard for those two to head back down quickly.

JPY USD GBP all leveled off. I played the USD when it crossed up over the 20 line but results have been slow and lean. Will look to see if GBP will stay up or follow its cousins down. Will look to sell GBP if it takes a dive.

EUR and CHF down but sharp angles are not turning into large moves so profits have been small. Its August.

SO CAD sells along with EUR and CHF sells. AUD NZD buys. USD, JPY, EHHH. unless combined with the CAD, NZD, and AUD moves. Look for GBP drop.

Good luck

My next post I will talk about why some weeks are just ugly. Not the traders fault but the market has to move enough for you to trade a move. First enemy #1 in my trading career gbp/chf 1 win 1 loss for a +30 pips HA beat you again this week. Take that

Made my profit Friday on the USA move. Waited all week for something to move anyway. If something did I missed it, like the NZD move early in the week. So the week was profitable but was on the losing side all week until the Friday USD move. So not exciting. I did a study which I will reveal on my next post that explains why.

Trades Total: 37
Trades Won: 23
Trades Lost: 14
Trades Even: 0 Trades Even
Max Profit: 85 pips
Max Loss: -99 pips
Avg Profit: 21 pips
Avg Loss: -25 pips
Total pips: +140.7
