Hello.

I still had a demo running of RnR v1o.
When I first started the ea I did have a huge drop quite fast on the 6th of july (BOJ I beleive) and the 12th of july (Carney speech, from 4.2k to ~1.5k) but after that it was only rising. The ea was only removed the 4th of august (GBP rate change).
I'm always removing the ea on high impact news now, be it JPY or GBP.
Now back at almost 3k.

Nice, I'll have a look.

Demo still running nice and tried the same config on a live account but didn't act like the demo one. Drawdown was bigger but in the end still in profit.
Will move to a server with smaller ping first to go live again.

This is my first post so first of all I want to thanks Steve and all contributors for this amazing forum.
After extensive backtesting and demotesting I went live on GBPJPY M1.
As 5k live balance and 50% DD looks to scary for me I have been looking for ways to decrease DD like everyone else.
I'm using OffsetPipProffit 20, CSSO - false, Recovery -false, MA-false, Distance-10.

My crazy idea is to create a second type of imbalance based on cash up and current distance in pips between current price and highest buy and lowest sell. Current imbalance works on no of trades but you can get huge DD on just 3-4 trades or have minimum DD with 15 trades imbalance

First of all congratulation and thank you for this great tool!! Very much appreciated!!

One question from my side - I run RnR 1f EXP on a initial 10k demo account (now ~11K) with planned fixed 0.01 lot size (lot size per dollar balance = 0 so that really only my fixed lot size should be taken). Unfortunately all the time it uses a lot size of 0.11.

Thus I also tried to change the lot size per dollar balance to 0.01 per 10K but still RnR sneds orders with 0.11.

What do I do wrong (please see screenshot attached)?

Hi Dbr,

You must change your Lots per DollopOfCash to 0.00. This should solve it and only open fixed .01c trades.

I changed the LotsperDollop to 0.0 but it is still the same that 0.11 is opened. Then I changed the fixed lot sizes to different figures ...still the same. And after that i changed the LotsperDollop as well as the sizeofdollop to various figures. Everytime it is the same that the EA opens 0.11 lots.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong or does any of you has a similar problem?

SizeOfDollop=5000;

RnR won't change lotsize if there are still open orders. So close all open and pendings orders, and restart.
