Shelley's multi-pair basket trader

Great day today, and still going, but I wonder if there is something up with the jumping stop or the taking of locked-in profit. I was watching a little while ago, and the locked in profit was showing as 5200 and the current profit dipped below this for quite a while, but the basket stayed open. Obvioulsy it has worked to my advantage today, but seemed strange to me. I know there is a later version today, but I haven't gone anywhere near those settings that were causing the problems.

Nice one. The attachment helped me track down the problem.

There is a bloop in my logic. S only closes the basket when the profits fall below the lock in if a particular variable is set by the breakeven function. You have this disabled, and so the JSL is being ignored.

I will sort this out.

I think you'll find in this case it isn't a bug but an "undocumented feature".... When it costs pips it's a bug.

I closed my London basket down about 3 hours before NFP.

My New York basket will go in half an hour before NFP. Should be fun to watch what happens. No way in the world would I do this with live cash.

If you are using breakeven or not using jsl, you do not need the update.

I started shelly this morning, same version, same time, same setfile but once on real account and once on demo account. I get different trade suggestions (real = 6 Trades / demo = 12 trades). What could be the reason ?

Not enough history in real or may be those pairs are not enable in live. Try Show All in Market View.

it was a historydata problem with the real account. With V409 i could not download D1 datas; Alpari told me that they had problems to keep the history data with V409. I should update on the newes V427. I started a new installation (new folder). Now everything is just fine.

OK, I gave up on S+G and went to classic Shelley. Told it to open at 1:00 local time, which would be 7:00 London = 10:00 crim time.

It opened trades at 05:55 local time (??) and closed them 2 minutes later (!?) for a -13.31 loss.
