What indicator or EA is it (note text in corner)???

DocT  posted this image. In this thread, page 3.

I cannot compare it to the EA in the thread because the ex4 files won't open for me.
I would like to study the code of what is in the image, to work with the mid-move Bases in Supply-Demand indicators.
