TJF, what settings would you reccommend for the new GT MTF filter??
I know you use H1 mainly as the filter, but what about the levels?

Actually GMT Level was not asked for but I added myself.

thanks for all your great work.

I have set up an instance with your OOTB settings for the upcoming week. Lets see how this compares to the Dotty family rat race.

But I am not sure if the OOTB settings are relevant.
I think you need to have an idea of what strategy to use and then configure it.
I have some settings that I am refining that can soon be downloaded.
But you can really already do Intraday, IntraWeek, IntraMonth, Scalping, Hedging, Basket trading, single trading etc.
As soon as I fully understand how I should use the object oriented capabilities of MQL I will add even more possibilities

But I am not sure if the OOTB settings are relevant. ... I have some settings that I am refining that can soon be downloaded.

I always test OOTB settings first trusting the developer to give me a starting point that shows the basic concept.

I am not testing level yet.. but you can and should

.. need as much data on different tests as possible to see what works best.

Yes H1 for me and I have delta min of 0.04 and candle 2 which seems a good basic setting for this filter so far......

Just so I understand it right: Is the idea that it must point up for it to be good?
Can pointing down be a valid option too?
Depending on how to read it it could just as well be that a flat curve is bad but going up or down is good.
I assume it is for us to find out but do any of you have any previous experience on this indicator?
