Thanks for all the hard work you have put into this Ea. Your results look very promising. You certainly have my attention and have given me some ideas.

Nevertheless a bad time to start tests, I will however run some forward tests starting next week. Will share here in time to come.

I'm still using my setfile on page 2. Its a slow week but I'm still ahead and if it wasn't for GBPAUD,209 & 216 pips loss, I'd be well ahead.. So far my winners far out number my losers but 3 of my 9 losers were big, over 200pips each hence I still believe we need a Basket by symbol SL. I'll post again on Friday.

I got the same errors as bazze got and they wouldn't stop so I had to shut down the FinFX platform. The only difference between the two set ups is I was using 2 TF's an H1 & an H4 on another FinFX platform. It has happened three times now on different pairs????

I'll set it up again to see if I can get any more info.

I got his PM and I'm not sure how to answer it:
"I have been testing your set file with gbpjpy - getting good results so far.
Could you explain what happens in the situation where the market does not retrace to close the open positions? Being a no SL or hedging EA, what protection is there in case of an extreme move against open positions? "

I have had several large baskets close with approximately 200pip losses. When you get a moment can you enlighten us as to how the 200 pip Loss got implemented and have you seen your way clear to a Basket by Symbol SL.

Thanks, we are out their using this EA.

I don’t know why I started with these settings, it must have been the beer.
My idea is to get in quick on the; H4 TF Super Slope Cross, LVL 1.0, packing my grid size to 3pips. Now I’m in fast with many entries at a fast progressive pace. See set file on pg2.
I have been trying different settings with my base Set up, 1TF for Super Slope, no HGI, no external MM, no Hedging or offsetting.
The top chart is the pg2 settings, the bottom is a slight variation. TFD1, LVL-2- will try LVL-1 next, Grid size 5.
All on the same broker, pairs & time.

Any testing help would be appreciated!

Ps: Still concerned about the lack of SL per symbol, I'm not looking to destroy the function of the EA comparing Profit with loss to exit but the run away pairs such as -150 to -270 pips need some controls. It seems once the symbol is headed down the losing path it won't change very fast. I have an idea a Basket SL per symbol, would let us sleep at night. I know there's no grantee it will make us all winners but past performance has shown a -100 pip per symbol would help.

Hi traderduke!

You are not alone in testing .. I just started a live account with $250 USD to do a test of my set file. My approach is to not use the higher and middle super slopes and set the trading time to 1M. This gets the ball rolling quicker with pending trades. I'm also using HGI at the H1 TF. I believe, if you don't use HGI, you won't get hedging , at least that's my experience with this EA. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I have it running on EURUSD and will post my results next week.
