has anyone observed that the level count fluctuates depending on the currency pair and the volatility of the market during a certain period.....
In some cases the fox does not need to get to level 3 before changing direction......

The reason why we believe that the levels count fluctuate is because we don't usually get to consider market reset. Price will change direction after reaching L3 area and will reset to reach the peak area which is an important area of interest.

This happen to throw traders off their original direction as most of us who do not know the overall price direction will quickly exit our previous position to avoid market damage.

Am I right thinking we should load longs on gpbusd as low as possible so that about wednesday it would take off? I guess they will be pushing new lows to encourage more shorts?

Wait for them to drop as low as possible before loading longs....
