Dawidforex,i think it was established by captain jack that levels should be plotted on 1hr time frame and above because the higher time frames will always overide the 15mins.I hope i am reading from the same hymn sheet.

You can plot on any time frame. CJ mentioned 15 mins tf too.

don't mark levels on 15mins time frames always check the bigger pictures ok. 1hr is ok.

You see the same thing on H1 and M15, use the time period separator, you will see it. M15 gives better view for entry, that's all. The more you look at this stuff, the less you will think about TFs, just change them for better view and understanding, big picture, details and entry for convenience.
