The indi actually has an option to turn the arrows off in the settings .. it just wasn't in the EA

It never worked for me. The arrows showed up come what may.

And I have told you already that the EA does not consult the indi. Thomas has subsumed the indi code within the EA. The ea could not give a stuff about the indi. It does not know about it. There is no SS indi so far as the EA is concerned. Which bit of that do you not understand?

I am thinking the logical next step in filtering entries further will come from utilising Steve's peak high-low indicator here.

Looking at this H1 chart of EURGBP as an example:

The peak high low on the current chart provides the overall direction to look for trades
The D1 CSS stops us from taking entries too soon once a new peak high or low has formed
The Flying Buddhas help average into a decent entry and find appropriate exit.

I will start posting some trade examples on this in the coming week...

I've been playing with this on multiple timeframes (M5 through to D1), and been having some fun

At first, I had six instances of SS on a single chart, each one setup to show on a particular timeframe (e.g. Only show the M30 SS on the M5 chart)... I did that on 28 charts, and man, did my computer bitch and complain about that!
After a day of putting up with that, I decided to mod SS v2.0 so that it would automatically show the SS of the timeframe that is two steps above the chart it's on, so an M5 chart gets the M30 SS, the M15 chart gets the H1 SS, etc.
Hope you find it useful for the odd scalp or two

I just had a squizz inside Steve's Peak HiLo indicator, to see if I could get it to zoom back in a bit after it has drawn its lines, (the way it zooms right out does my head in), but I got totally lost in there

The only thing that I could work out is that I couldn't work any of it out

Some indies are really simple to modify... PHL ain't one of 'em
