Streve,
I couldn't get the pivot to compile, so loaded a new core from the shell, it still wouldn't compile.
I couldn't get the pivot to compile because of line 322, so I took it out. It compiles but and loads but I'm not sure if it works properly yet. Was I was correct in doing so and here it comes, What Do YOU think.

The core library needed a bit of updating to accommodate pending order expiry times and it looks as though I forgot to upload the amended version. Re-download the core library from http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... 48#p152048 and all should be well.

Dear Steve,

Thanks again for all the hard work.

I hope I am not being a dimwit in posting this post. I have, as per usual, followed your instructions in post 1 and have used the dashboard to open charts with HGBnDnP using H4 charts and your set file. All the charts (11 charts) reflect "This expert has live trading disabled". I have opened the HGBnD core library (the latest updated one) in editor to try to determine why IsTradeAllowed returns false, but cannot manage to determine where I am going wrong. Please forgive me if I am doing something stupid.

Not perhaps"Allow Live trading "in the common tab of your Ea disabled?

Hello Leon,

What a dimwit mistake!!! I forgot, I had to restart the platform and did not check!! (a stupid mistake after being involved in ea trading for 7 yrs!!).

I call them Senior Moments because I am heading rapidly into that stage in my life. I forget that bloody disabled experts every damn time.

Why, oh why, oh why, oh why, oh why, oh why, oh why, oh why, oh why do the Cretins at Crapperquotes release this damn stuff with EA's disabled by default? Hey ho.

Hehe. Look on the bright side. Imagine my reaction to some poor unsuspecting noob announcing, "Hey guys. There is a bug in the code. My Experts are showing, "This expert has live trading disabled".

I am adding some functionality to close profitable positions at x hour - I am finding I want to do this anyhow, so I may as well automate it.

I am going to add some functionality to prevent opening trades on the new TradingTimeFrame candle when there are already trades open on the old one.
