Out of topic but I wanted to post on a popular thread. I had trouble accessing Steve's website. I posted a request to Steve via my VPN for help and he asked Tommaso to help me. There was block on my IP provider and the Hopwood team solved the problem and got me up and running. It's a privilege to be a part of this exceptional team.

I did some code rationalisation last week and Gary has just pointed out that I deleted something important.

Hoi polloi, fix is in post 1.

Un-hoi polloi, go to line 497 and insert this:
MarketDistance = MarketDistancePips;

There was no wrup tonight. I am a little under the weather and lacked the energy to produce it. I might not be active for a couple of days.

V 1m is in post 1.

Gary has been hacking my latest additions into his FIFO version and spotted some bloops along the way. These are fixed in 1m.

Hi all,
I have been demoing v1L of PoS which has strangely put in multiple orders at the same price. I am only trading the 5M timeframe. Has this been anyone else's experience? A screen shot and my set file are attached if they should be of use.

Yes Nicastro , same situation here on all time frames , i think it is the MM feature setup

what was your experience with news last night?

I just had a quick look at the code; there is no check during the initial trade sending function (LookForTradingOpportunities) to see if there is already a stop order in place. I have a lesson in a few minutes, so will add one later.

Yes, this is definitely the fix for this issue as I had the same effect when setting up the EA and while changing TF to re-initiate the EA I ended up with a couple of same stops orders

Oh that is why I am gaining 4% every day since I launched the forward test on demo , and I keep saying to my self there must be something wrong.

There is 2 safety levels to block further issues A) The maximum number of pairs traded & B) The Margin level blocker

Steve Thanks again for this masterpiece , :hi: I will keep both versions though

Will have to restart and check again once fixed this duplication of orders issue is edited.
