Test them out and confirm they are working as expected please, and confirm this before I add to the user guide and upload to post 1.

1Direction, the atr calculation is done on each of the individual time frames. It is a simple matter to convert the code if all you really need is one overall time frame.

Hi Steve,

I don't know about the ATR bit, the 6th feature causes havoc on the account. Even when disabled, it keeps opening new orders at the same price level over and over again.

Maybe 1Direction can tell about the ATR feature?

I had forgotten to multiply the sixths calculation to make MarketDistance into the full pips value that is used in the distance between trades calculation.

I have altered the code that checks for an existing order so that it is more like the successful code in Candle Power. Let me know if it is still not working properly.

Read the effing manual, ok?

Afterprime is the official SHF broker. Read about them at https://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=175790#p175790.

I still suffer from OCCD. Good thing, really.

I'm getting those errors when initializing

Code: Select all

0	22:14:04.085	POS-1f USTEC,H1: AUDJPY POS-1f OP_BUYSTOP order send failed with error(130): invalid stops
0	22:14:04.085	POS-1f USTEC,H1: Alert: AUDJPY POS-1f OP_BUYSTOP order send failed with error(130): invalid stops TF = M5: bid = 0 Price = 88
Some trades are placed some are failing.

Thanks

I have it set to 10% as I'm using on a small live account, but it seems to be kicking in at about 1%.
Has anyone else experienced this.

Here's the setfile I'm using.

I think I might have figured out my problem. I had all trades basket trading set to true and 10%
Up in my trade1 basket I had set to false but the value was set to 1%

Looking at code (mostly greek to me) it seems that if only 1 time frame is trading it takes value for all trade percent closure as equal to tradetf1 percent closure. So seems that was overriding all trades.

I've changed tradetf1 basket to 10% even though it's on false. See if that does it.
:good:
I changed to just using the TF1 basket instead of Global. Working now at 10%

No more multiple entries after the last fix. :yahoo:

Last few days were like watching paint dry on a moisty day, I wonder if there will be any movement between now and tomorrows NFP....
For sure I'm a happy camper with the system operating as such;
PoS H4 D1.png
The 3 xxxJPY pairs are still in recovery AND with open positions on the H1.
The rest is H4 or D1 entries.

This is LIVE on a cent-account.

So I've been running POS since September 18th on a small live account I had. $40.
Running at .01 lot per $100 so very highly leveraged

Been doing well although barely missed margin call once.

I still can't seem to get the percent closures to work correctly. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've tried setting them with individual tf's and global and then just global. All set at 10% but everything seems to close at less than 1%
Most of the profits are made when individual trades close for profit during basket DD as reflected in the equity line running below balance line on graph.
Any ideas on the percent closures appreciated...maybe I should leave well enough alone

One for the mathematicians to check for me. bool HaveWeReachedFullBasketTP() has this forumla:
BasketProfitTarget = (AccountBalance() * BasketCashPercentageTarget) / 100;

BasketCashPercentageTarget is an extern double. Is my formula correct?
