Daily open line incorporating weekly open line

Hi,

I'd really appreciate it if someone could mod this indi so that it extends Monday's open line through to the Friday close.

Would also be great if Monday's open line could be changed to different colour/type/thickness.

Anybody prepared to make the mod needs the .mq4 source code; they can do nothing with the .ex4 file.

Have a look at the attached code and see if this works for you. I haven't tested this on a br0ker that has Sunday candles, so not sure if this would work there (in fact it probably won't). I rewrote the indi from scratch, so didn't need your mq4 file.

Edit: I made a tiny alteration to the code ... and now it will probably work on br0kers with Sunday candles. However, I don't care, as my broker (Global Prime) does not have Sunday candles.

Edit: Changed the code to use the Weekly Open for the Monday Open ... This hopefully addresses Snowman's concern. However ... the weekly open is not always the same as the daily open at the beginning of the week. It should be, but it isn't. Therefore, sometimes the yellow weekly open line is slightly higher or lower than the daily open line of the first day of the week.

It is usually quicker and easier to do that.

Not quite perfect, struggled the last 2 weeks when there was no Monday trading; not sure if that is something of a concern or worth fixing. Other than that, works great, very useful, thanks.

You can always try drawing the lines yourself - it is not rocket science.
