I`d like to answer, even as today wasn`t the luckiest day of all...
I trade FOREX for 7 years and since 3 years EURUSD exlusively.
In my Zulutrade profile, I mention, that a draw-down of 300 pips is possible and encourage followers to apply a 100 pip stop to all positions.
Assuming that they follow with 5 positions, that would make a worst case risk (earthquake, internet outage,...) of 500 pips.
Bless that never happens...!
I don`t use hard-stops, when I´m trading and a market developes.
I set hard stops when a sensible stop point in the chart occurs, or overall risk gets too big.
What happened today....
For the last weeks, I mostly worked with 2-3 positions and an overall stop of 50.

Yet another #1 on ZuluTrade crashing and burning. FCC had an incredibly long run of 20 months, but in the end they all seem to get stubborn on a trade and blow up everyone's accounts. It's incredibly difficult to make money on ZuluTrade so beware...

I know ZuluTrade since last November and have seen it so often now!
With FCC some other Top Traders cratered. I´m a bit affected, as I always had great respect for a FCC and regarded him as a very serious trader.
I read a lot on boards, to get to know, what the thing is, that urges proven professionals to hit accelerator til stop and close their eyes.
Didn`t find out, except the usual stuff: The money! But hey, you can turn over millions year in, year out and than, suddenly...?

checked you demo!! I think you are overexposed. 1.4 lots on tradeguru and 3.8 lots on SMV is quite risky for my taste. I just hope this is only demo trading, and in your real live account you are more risk averse.

Ofcourse it is a demo, If I had $10k I would trade it myself .
By the way, not many good SPs around.
