I rushed the fix out prematurely this morning; it would not let TCR trade again following retrace closure. Fixed in 1b in post 1. You need to re download if you downloaded before the time stamp on this post.

If you can do your own fixing the fix, then do a search for "//We do not want opposite direction trades following a retrace closure" and copy this over the top of the code block:

Hi Guys,

It has been a long time since I have seen an Ea perform like this and in only two days on one currency pair. Absolutely fantabulous Anyway I will not count my chickens before they hatch.

Retraces are caught and so far a good picture. Nevertheless, early days and depending on this weeks performance I might add another pair or two.

Now look back at a couple of periods where the market flatlined. Is it going to do this again? If so, how much of the profits it makes on the way up and down will we give back when it flatlines?

now i have problem with Trading Hours from other side - EA showed Outside trading hours (does not open trades), but by my setting is in alowed trading hours.

Whether this is a problem or not depends on the circumstances.

It is not a problem if the trades are continuation trades. Imagine you have a string of open buys but outside of trading hours. The market is doing a leaky toilet ever upwards. We do not want the highest buy trade being left further and further behind. We want the gaps filling in until the eventual retrace closes them all.

It is a problem if the trades outside of trading hours are opposite direction trades following a retrace closure i.e. a sell after closing all the buys.

My english is little poor - so:
In EA i have Trading Hours from +08.00,-10.00,+14.30,-15.55
In 8.30 first trade opened, in 9.00 closed.
When i look after 9.00 none trade opened.
In 9.20 i look at chart - none trade opened, EA showed Outside Trading Hours.
Only one question - Trading Hours is Local Time still?
Anyway - this problem is not big for me - i will only help you little with your EAs.
