Do you know how much your max DD was in dollars (or your unit currency) also so you know what size trades were being taken at that point? I'd be interested in working out the worst case DD if lot sizes weren't increased as account size grows.

Also do you have any other accounts on fxblue that you don't mind sharing, I'd be interested in tacking them ongoing seeing how they perform / DD as market conditions change.

The picture in this post tells it all, max DD, time of max DD, you can see the balance at that point in time, and calculate the lotsizes from there.

These 2 accounts are the only ones at the moment that I'm willing to share.
I also have some demo's with CandlePower and SlopeyCrossyBob, but they don't have any relationship with PoS.

Don't now the exact lingo, but with this account, the $400,- deposit shows in the Empty4 as $40.000 [cents].

The minimum lotsize is still 0.01 so you can trade like a big shot with;
MDP=100 dollup is $2500/0.01lot; 0.16 lots
MDP=150 dollup is $3333/0.01lot; 0.12 lots
MDP=200 dollup is $5000/0.01lot; 0.08 lots

Yes, using the $40.000 balance as mentioned.
The cent account lets you trade much smaller lots [1/100th] than a normal account, yet is looks and feels the same in the Empty4.

I believe we are talking in circles, lets stick to the dollup 0.01 lots for every $2500 / $3300 / $5000 balance.

Ah I got ya now, so it is a nano account. Could you tell me which broker it was? I've been interested in playing around with a nano (cent) account.

Of course.

I use Fort FS, the FLEX account type.

You get floating spread instead of fixed ones.
Stay away from their bonusses, they pull the plug when you need them most.
The leverage can be set up to 1:1.000 but I use a more sensible setting to not to get surprised when changing brokers.....

This week, and especially today have been ridiculus.
Nearly 25% for the week, and a whopping 8% for today........

I reached over 3,5K on my cent-account, and have started to close up shop there.
As soon as the remaining trades have been closed, i’ll move over to a standard account at GP.

Also the demo’s have been doing great;
The “manipulated” demo made 19,3% and the fully automated ”abandoned” one made 7,1% this past week.
Looking forward to a bright future.....


EDIT, the DD on the both manually challenged accounts is around 40% at the moment, where the fully auto sits at just 2%......

No, not set to private but the accountnumber is 'different'.
It's a live account, no need for everbody to check on my past deposits and withdraws.

Basically it does what the other one that I linked here does.

Those following my accounts might have noticed already, I'm in trouble...
Overtrading is the reason, and behind the overtrading is plain simple greed.

I know where I screwed up, and IF the account survives [margin has been as low as 125%], I know how to proceed.

The live account is doing slightly better, margin wise, but is deeeeep in the hole as well.
The "fully auto" account is doing well compared to the other ones, with "just" a 16% DD at the moment.

I'll keep you posted.
