New MA MTF indicator

Hi Vincent.

There are a lot of points on my ToDo list. "Push alerts" is now one of them.

This is a great indicator Thomas. I hope you're still working on it and maybe even on an EA based on it.

Thank you so much for these fantastic indicators which I have just discovered and playing around with. I was searching for an indicator that could show alignment with the slope of an MA on a higher timeframe, and it seems this may be able to do this plus so much more.

Anyhow, I think I may have found an error. I use SMAs and ‘MTF MA Lines’ does not plot the MAs as Empty4 native MA indicators do, and I get the same discrepancy if I set ‘UseGlobalVariables’ to false or true to use the parameters of 'MTF MA Bars'. Basically, it is plotting SMAs as EMAs I have noticed. Please see my screenshots. I have no idea is this has repercussions for the other workings of 'MTF MA Bars'. Apologies if I have got something wrong here.
