Im getting really confused now the EA uses Server time, is that Broker time or local time? Ive only just noticed mine are different which didnt really matter up to now as I am using blank input which is 24hr trading.

The server time or broker time is the same.

Your local time should be the time of your computer (lower right corner)
There is usually a difference between them, depending on the location of your broker etc etc

Ok so as the EA is using Server/Broker time the new day is actually not 00:00 local time (PC) its 09:00pm local time (PC) which is when the server switches to tomorrow as its 3 hrs ahead. So if I turn on the EA at 09:01pm local time it will be 00:01 tomorrow for the server, job done

So my trades are actually executing +3 hrs local time, yes?

I have set both times to the same to avoid confusion. From the Global Prime website

Our Empty4 servers are GMT +2 or GMT +3 depending on New York DST (Daylight Savings Time). This ensures a 5 daily candle week.

Daily 1% profit just locked in on my live account another question is do we carry on trading 24hrs and not stop after profit reached?

We should take a look at the ADR in this case. Maybe there is a conection between a high ADR an well working baskets.

Idea for a solution - ad two filtercriterias to the EA like: Enter trades only when a pair moves 80 pips a day for the last XX days. What do you think guys?

The highlighted example should actually read "+08.00,-22.15", note the minus before the 22.15, "+" tells the EA when to switch on and "-" tells it when to switch off. Times you chose to switch on and off should be local time not server time.

You can have as many on/offs in a 24HR period as you like. Have a look at the example given under the heading "----Trading hours----" on the Input tab of the EA.

Hmm so it's local time not server time ok. Anyway changing my local time clock to match the server time seems to have upset something the V3 EA refused to trade today

It said it was outside trading hours even when set to 24hr, hopefully will come back tomorrow. I would love to be able to reset the profit target and time is that possible?

Good news is the live account did its job profit already locked in for the day

I read it too fast and forgot the - for the 22, sorry

the rollover time is in servertime and the Trading hours are in local time

Only today AWSS closed the equivalent to 110 euros with 0,01 lots of course. That is equivalent to 126 $, let the winner running, do not forget !!
