Awesome + SS version

Hello,
I have just attached this EA on a chart to test it and I have a newbie question.

- Can this EA run with other EAs running on the same account? The reason I am asking is that Awesome EA is counting the Profit made from other EAs and then shutting down for the day. I have disabled 'Global Basket Trading' and enabled the 'Symbol Basket Trading' thinking this way the EA would ignore the profit made by other EA on other currency pairs. But EA still counted the profit made by other EAs and shut down for the day.

- Can this EA be back-tested reliably? I am thinking on running back-test on one symbol and one time frame at a time.

Any thoughts or insights on this?

My thoughts are, don't even mention the word "backtest", not allowed at SHF. When you are dealing with a global basket profit then to be expected that the Ea will look at all Ea's on the same platform and close all trades.

Post about backtesting again and I will remove your ability to post at all.

This is a very good idea, i will follow this strategy now, but i want to ask something, you close them manually, because i don't see a setting for a SL in $ ?

hmmmm...APTM to control basket SL and positive swap is setoff, looks like a better strategy. AWSS is struggling now perhaps partly due to the positive swap that its taking trades in that direction only which can be bad. I have not yet dare to dream of 2% but you make it possible, thank u for sharing your results with us

Survival is the key, IMHO. If we can make at least 5% in a month with the SL set, that's a winner in my book. Seeing C1borg's results I have removed few pairs (AU, NU and GY). green pips to you.

All is set up, 1.9 % daily, 10 % weekly and SL at 6 %. We will see.

You are welcome. BTW, I was just looking and from my results, those pairs I removed have done fairly well. So I will be adding back those pairs.

Yeah, the pairs that lose now, maybe will be the big winners tomorrow.
