Great work team... I've been trading successfully with this EA OOTB live with GP over the past few months... often tests my patience when there's a drawdown...

Below are results from a demo account starting at $1000 fully auto.

@Gertje.... totally agree, it has been very slow. No new trades for over a week now.

@PeterUK, what is that third indi you have at the bottom. I've missed it along thw way.

@Steve and the extended Team, many many thanks...

I've been running this since March (with Gertje's set plus my own interpretations on things) and was heading towards doubling inside three months but these last two weeks have just stalled.

My appreciation to all contributors!!

I already read the guide a few times, then loaded the PoS EA to my chart and use "Gertje's PoS H4 D1 setfile" as a set of parameters without any change.

I understand it is not the best timing for getting many trades for the last few days (weeks?) but anyhow the EA placed today the first pending order @ EURAUD.

I think it should be a BUY order, but there is a SELL order.
See picture.

Do I miss something or is it something else wrong?
*No errors in Experts Tab nor Journal Tab.

I have a sell order on EURAUD also.

What you describe is because of the number of bars that the peaky indi calculation looks back.

On Slopey Peaky Bob I didn't know what was doing so I ended up using 200 bars on H4 for peaky instead of 1682 bars due to the lower number of bars available for historical data. Which is the best I do not know.

However look at Gertje's demo running almost 1 year now

and this combo looks stable enough for me, but maybe there is a more optimal value for the number of bars?

I see also that almost the same SELL pending order placed today in his account as well.

I still don't get the reason why SELL order should be placed in that area, even if I set the MaxBar to look back to 200 instead of 1682.

Sorted it. Can now see when the profit ticked in... Slow flat periods and then tanked, then slowed again. Cycling viewed differently helps to understand the currency movements and chart cycles...

Comment D1, means the trade is taken on the D1 chart, where you posted the H4 chart.
The trade is taken following the rules, I already had a sell open and now a recovery trade is added.

EDIT: the solid coloured lines are the 6th lines of the D1, the dotted coloured lnes are the 6th lines of the H4.
