This is total incompetence and delays from the Axitrader UK - if they are using the Australian operation and reconciling down into Australia they shouldn't be telling me the funds would appear when they have all fucked off down the pub on a Friday in Oz.
I spoke to 3 of them (twice friday and sunday night), each time telling me the money would be in, I would be contacted back - on all 3 occasions, what they said - never happened.
I still haven't been contacted by anyone from Axitrader to explain.
Their customer service is zero and their product knowledge on the frontline worse, turning my complaint into a marketing opportunity was the icing on the cake.
Open an account with Global Prime. They understand the meaning of the term, "Customer service".
