Hi Guys,

Many thanks to Thomas, I am slowly converting TDesk compatible indicators into my template and I must say that my results have been sterling since Friday.

I am playing with combinations for example with the Sto7 indicator where I can easily combine the daily timeframe with the 4hr timeframe.
An important note: I leave my trade chart on the hourly time frame because the 4hr timeframe might not show the same signal as the 1hr time frame. Switch timeframes and you will see what mean. A usual thing that will occur when dealing with MTF indicators.

Gann Hilo also complements my system so I think this would be a good addition to my system.

Anyway a good start and combinations being tested on demo.

I will see what I can do about that problem. The signals should be independent from the chart timeframe ...

Hope you stayed in on the trade.

It is moving up nicely this morning . Your set up is valid. I am glad you have posted your chart and this is something I have not touched on yet. You do not always have to take trades from below the stochs 20 or above the 80 line.

And I also took this trade.

Exit that trade after it immediately went against me and the trend arrow dissapeared.
Does anybody know what was wrong?

Nothing.
They're not all homeruns.

NZD/CAD also reversed on me.
I'm still not sure how long to stay in a trade and when to exit.
I may need some targets for taking profit.

Hi MB,

Do not beat yourself up over it Technically speaking you were quite correct in taking the buy trade on NZDCAD. No one can ever predict what price will do next. Gertje is correct in saying that not every trade will be a home run. This could merely be a retrace in a swing reversal, then again it could not, we will never know. We are however trading off monthly support and also peaky 1682 bars ago on the hourly timeframe.

The more you look at it, the more it will make sense. Thanks for showing us your charts. It also makes me understand what new guys to this system are looking at.

On the other hand you may want to look at it wholistically and trade the Tdesk dashboard.

I started a new set of trades today and closed the previous basket just under 1000 pips. From the dash you will see that I did not get all trades right but the majority are favourable.
