Just to clarify, on a “flat” signal you don’t act at all?

Hi Gertje,

Yes, I like to keep it as simple as possible and only act on overall arrow signals.

I have the TDesk set to send me an email when an overall signal fires.
I could trade this from my iPhone.....

When I get and "Overall" opposite signal for hedged trades I will open open a trade in the direction of the signal.

In this case, will you open a trade in the direction of the new signal if hedge trade is in a loss or in profit or in both options? Hedge stays open in any case?

Thank you for this mindblowing job!

This is my first day with the TDesk.tpl and at the end of the day i'm at +470 pips floating.....
But of course, the struggling part is the exit, sure.. what would be an appropiate step? Exit at basket +500 pips, or play them one by one with 70% rule maybe? I live in LA, hedging is just unknown for me, so i have to calculate with that.too. I'm also not so familiar with the basket management, my wife trades futures, so we have a total different MM.

While waiting for Leon to answer you, I would like to say that your spreads are HUGE!

Unfortunately, I have to use the only two US brokers: either OANDA or FOREX.COM (Gain Capital) - i dont have to say the rest, all the limitations and such. They pretend to be ECN...
So this kind of spread is actually decent in US..... sadly.

Up to +550 pips..

I'm on demo now, it was a while ago when i last traded live - but yes, there is comission - that's why the spread is so low

Yes

Hedge stays open in any case?

Yes. I am yet to decide if it will be a better option to close one losing trade and go with two trades in the same direction when the new overall arrow signal is given. When we have a sideways trend it could be a problem because I would not want to sit with many buys and sells at the same time. I can then also make a more informed decision to close the whole hedge at a loss and move on.
