I think you wrote sometime that you do not use a VPS, but excuse me if I am wrong. It cuts the cpu workload down hugely if charts are minimised after opening. This makes little difference on a good desktop but makes a heck of a difference on the VPS.

Great idea! I worked on version 1.4 of TDesk over the weekend and this feature will become part of it.

Thomas. I have 2 copies of TDesk running on demo accounts with GP. They have completely different signals. On both I have Push Notifications activated so I receive the signal notifications on my phone. The notifications include my User Name.

All my accounts with Global Prime have the same User Name so I can't easily tell which copy of TDesk the message is for. When I get more copies of TDesk running this will get more difficult.

Would it be possible to add an Input Variable to TDesk that is displayed on the top of the TDesk screen and is also included in the Push Notification?

Could the Broker and Local time be added to the top of the TDesk screen as per Steve's EAs? This will be a help in checking if TDesk is working when there are no trades running.

That is the reason I place the clocks at the top of my chart - that and to help anyone who needs to, to work out the difference between broker and local time. Principally to show that an EA is still working.

The clocks are already part of TDesk 1.4.
I also like the "setup name" idea and will add it.

I realized today that some overall signals are missed. They stay i.e FLAT while charts show price already made a clear direction.
Only if I manually close and re-open charts, then signals/alerts show the right direction (but delayed unfortunately).
So there must be an issue regarding "refreshing the charts" that needs to be checked in higher frequency than it is now.
I don't know if it is TDesk or something individual only in my platform.

Have a look at the RefreshSeconds input. This defaults to 10, so there could easily be a delay.

This is the same in mine.
I meant something else:
If I see that price moved i.e up in a clear direction, I then refresh the chart by changing its time-frame from 1H to 4H and then backwards to 1H (or close the chart and reopen it) - then the overall signal is updated.
Maybe I'm wrong but as as far as I know indicators should alert within current bar and will not wait until candle closes, so I thought that if price makes a clear move then alert will show up on that current bar and not be that late.
I will try to make a screenshot next time it happens (before refresh and after).

I am not sure if I understand what you want to say.

You have to refresh which chart? The TDesk chart or the indicator chart? Is there any discrepancy between the separate signals of TDesk and the respective indicators? Which indicators are we talking about at all?

In my VPS, TDesk 1.4 with 28 pairs + All compatible indicators now uses less than 25% of CPU/Ram.

I have been involved with Forex for about 12 years now. I have seen a lot of stuff come and go. Most of it was bollocks - and I coded a lot of it.

Nothing in all of those years even came close to achieving what you have already achieved inside three weeks. TDesk is fantastic.

Love the latest enhancements.
