Are you considering to clean up Post #1 and share the current chart template?

Hi John, Yes I will clean up post 1 as soon as we get all the indicators in line with the latest enhancements and queries that are coming through. Thomas is doing a great job behind the scenes. I was going to do it over the weekend but do realize that Thomas is dealing with current issues and continuously updating. My hats off to him :hi:

I think I read that you didn't trade all pairs? Just wondering why you took NZDCHF long but not AUDCHF or EURCHF?

I trade all pairs now that Tdesk has become available to us. Something I could never imagine doing in the past. NzdChf trade was opened on a prior signal. Audchf and Eurchf was opened after the snapshot. I do not close at the blink of a signal becoming flat. From my dealings with this system it becomes an edge when the signal is given and that is what I stick with. No frills no fancies

Thanks for that. Yes, totally agree, Thomas really knows his coding, very much appreciated.

What I was thinking about Post 1, there would be no need for you to include the TDesk indicators; just a note for people to go to the TDesk forum to make sure they have the latest versions or at least the versions that you are using. It would be double posting and lot of extra work of having to update continuously for every change, IMHO.

That way, all that is needed is your template or even just list the indicators used and on which time frame settings, plus any custom settings; do you agree? Sure would lighten the load of maintaining a thread.

The new version still has that interesting issue, where you have to "reset" the TDesk chart to refresh the signals - either switch between the timeframes, but i usually just close down the Empty4 and re-open it regulary. I've seen this with the old version, too. First i used the TDesk on my laptop and for the last few days I'm running everything on VPS - but the issue still exists. Basically you can see some signals change when you freshly re-open the chart.

Hi Zolie,Thomas has added the function "ignore open candle" in the V2 indicators. Basically it should not change when changing time frames. If you set it to false you revert back to the first indicator. I am still testing to see if setting ignore open candle to true will be beneficial for me.
At any rate it has never bothered me. When I get a signal I refresh my TDesk master. I open the hourly chart and always go to the daily t/frame first to get a birds eye view from a higher t/frame perspective and drill down to to the 4hr t/frame and then hourly t/frame. Just out of habit but a good one I think.

Awesome results Leon congrats! Please notice we had some killer trend moves last weeks where other systems (countertrend/chop strategies) failed or had a difficult time. I hope your idea will survive the doldrums also.

Hi Jab, quite right. It is very important for all to demo test this first and take it through its paces and get to know the nuts and bolts of this system. I am demo testing TDesk and am yet to see how it will perform in ranging periods, towards end of moves etc. I take every signal as is and want to see how it performs over a period. This could also be a worthy test for automation down the line and hopefully going live with this.
When I take my trades manually on my live account I always look at weekly, monthly pivot sup/res and peaky areas and trade selectively on a couple of pairs only.
