There is a third column of figures in the spreadsheet and a new entry at the top of post 1.
Tommaso told me to hold further donations to help meet the upcoming bill for keeping our forum going with its current level of security, after I sent him the first £550. I refused.
He told me the same after I sent him the second tranche of £750. This time I acquiesced. Somebody has to pay the bill and even if I do not hold back some of your donations to meet it, Tommaso will. This way: there is no danger of him being clobbered for tax on the money; I can make up any shortfall.
Once the £1,380 figure is reached, I will resume sending your donations to Tommaso.
I am humbled, touched and slightly awed by the generosity showed by so many of you guys.
