I have updated the HGI files with a new expiry date, please note, for a flawless use of the patched versions, you need prior to installing them on your computer delete the older versions.

Good morning from the USA, post election day!
A quick HGI trading update. I'm still manually trading HGI Daily Trend, Rad and Blue Wave signals, using FASTTMALINENRP set to 60 for TMAPeriod and 3.0 for ATRMultiplier as my filter. If the signal is outside of the TMA Lines, I don't place a trade. TP still set to 200% of Daily ATR(365).
To clarify, I don't use a SL, but from time to time I will manually close individual trades or batches of trades. Nothing scientific here - just a gut feel on how things look as I look through the various charts.
I'm in the U.S. and in early September I changed over all of my Oanda accounts to the newer v20 platform, so I started from scratch again at that time. I closed all open trades tonight because I was sitting at a nice round 1,000 pips net profit for the last two months, which makes a good point to start over again.
I've missed a lot of trades at times when work was busy or family was visiting, so I'm very happy with the results. I've done well lately on a couple of AUDCAD buy trades, trading the blue wave signal and then one of the rad signals. The daily chart shows where those were, but if you glance further back during the downtrend, you can see where the TMA lines acted as a nice filter to keep me out of Rad signal sell trades.

HGI fot MT5?
I know that this was asked in the past and the answer was that it will be available when more people asks. My current broker (I really prefer using them since they are based in my country) stopped using Empty4 and only use the MT5 platform. Will it be possible to get a copy of the HGI for MT5? Please?

Hahaha. Not the answer I was hoping for, but thanks :-D Now I can only hope. Perhaps I should drop an email to Globalprime singing the praises of MT5

I'm in the U.S. where we can't use Global Prime so Oanda is our best option. One of the reps from Oanda told me that Metaquotes was no longer selling Empty4 to new broker clients and that Oanda considers it is just a matter of when they will no longer be able to offer to their clients it rather than if. It's nice to hear that at some point when that time comes that HGI could be made to run on MT5.
I use Oanda's desktop platform for entering trades, which lets me use different lot sizes of 1001, 1002, 1003, etc. to get around the U.S. FIFO requirements while still having lot sizes that are basically all the same size.
To avoid FIFO with Empty4, I would have to use lots sizes of 1000, 2000, 3000, etc. I have a full Empty4 demo platform running HGI on all of the charts and just have it send me emails with the HGI signals. This works pretty well overall, except of course I still have to have that running at the same time as my desktop platform.

Dear Team,
I am very new to this thread. I have downloaded the latest version HGI v17 from the first post and installed in Empty4. However I don't see the template explained in the thread. Can someone guide me what are the indicators and the template need to be downloaded to use this system efficiently. And also is there any EA for this system?

Guys, for now my journey with HGI has come to an end. My broker (which I have been using for many years because they also offer stock options from my local exchange) is no longer supporting Empty4. I will always keep checking the forums for in case a version for MT5 perhaps appear.
