Dear Bloggers/Contributors,

Been reading all the tdesk related threads and was waiting to get some time at hand so that I can configure this beautiful tool on my linux box. After investing almost 6+ hours trying to configure and to get it to work and and another 5-7 hours of reading tech blogs trying to solve the issue myself I am at my wits end and decided to reach out to the bright minds over here.

My problem is little weird. I have all the indicators, and required EA and libs and miscellaneous files required under their respective folders - but I just cannot get this to work. Problem is when I apply the templates provided by tomele & Wavegarrick (yes i tried both from the thread [1]) the full set of indicators shows up once in a flash and then it reverts back to the state as attached in the snapshot

I am really not sure what the problem is over here. Is it because I am not using the static pair of XAU USD chart - for some reason I am not able to find this pair in my demo
Or is it a version problem
Or is it because I am not able to get MTF to work
Or something else - not sure

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Here is my question, refer the picture of All Averages inputs screen

I get that MA_Method must be from the list of MA_Mode even though the label is slightly confusing

And Price Mode is from the list below it, that is the usual Close, Open, High, Low, etc.

But what is the option for the Price input?

Is it just me or are there 3 inputs but only 2 answers?

Don't get me wrong, it works, I'm not complaining, but it may need some fine tuning

Now, congratulations to the Steve, the coders and all contributors to this excellent project.

I'm not following any specific signals as such, but taking trades on the right side of the 50 EMA basically

I love the TDesk filter to be able to check the trades are correct for a currency eg. NZD as per picture

Thanks for that, my confusion was because of the Labels not matching the Lists to choose from

They use Mode in one place, no Mode in another, or Method, see the picture

And the possibility of entering data into the Value column where it's not required = What???

Anyhow, no big deal, I see where they are coming from, all good

I hope this is NOT a very very stupid question but should Solo Signal show a Buy Arrow when one of the arrows to the right is clearly not a Buy Arrow? My setting for Solo are to show Buy only when threshold is at 100 which I guess would mean that ALL arrows are Buy signals.

Sorry for the stupidity. Got confused because I added more signals today so one of them turning the other way wasn't enough to reach the exit threshold.

I am getting this failure with the connector, Tdesk and TDTP are working and TDTP is writefile = true.
I have reloaded everything. Any ideas??
