FX VPS - Cheaper and faster than the rest!

Hi Eamon,

For some reason I cannot log on to my VPS.
I tried the link to open a support ticket, but got a reply that the link was disabled?

Please advise how to proceed.

Hi Gertjan,

Out of 400+ customers and 2 years of service and over 5 years of using this hardware.... this is the first time that this has happened.

There was a hardware failure with your node yesterday that we were unable to repair or recover in anyway. On top of that, I have hired new support staff(to provide 24/7 support) recently and they were supposed to inform you of the situation. I am extremely sorry for the delay and miss in communications.

As a result we will reset your machine and provide your with two months free service.

I apologize for the inconvenience, we will get your server back up and running shortly.

it would be great if you had some more options like more multicore & more memory options. I use 6 core now and need higher memory, because I run a several instances of empty4, which is a resource hog.

Hey Elijah,

We do have more options available, they just aren't as popular and the price increases too.
We have configurations with up to 16 cores and 64gb of memory

I am getting this error when trying to log on to the website:

It is probably just a temporary thingy and is not affecting the VPS. Just letting you know.

thanks for bringing this to my attention.. resolved...

i've been working torturously with our back office provider the last 24 hours to fix an issue that has been plaguing us for the last two weeks.. they move painfully slow and im ready to pull out what little hair i have left, trying to support their never ending requests....

I concur with Steve. Best value VPS provide out there. I get 2 Beeks accounts for free and I still pay for 2 servers from Eamon.
