slight modification of code

I found these EA on the net and it proves to be a good basis for my coming strategy.

My problem is; this EA sends trade only once and then shuts down. Can anyone help me change it to restart when there are no trades, make it continuous. The solutions is probably so simple i just cant see it.
i have never coded this type of EA before, involving pending orders and deleting orders. Learning curve can be a mountain sometimes.

The EA send two pending, deletes one when other is filled. simple OCO.
