I'm not necessarily confused but I could be. The indicators I see for TDesk are all designed to go long or short given certain criteria. I am looking to get an ATR indicator working that's more a filter for trades. Like a "risk on" or "risk off" indicator. The closest comparison I see is the ADX indicator and the trend line (neutral if ADX is below the line). However, that still dictates long or short trades depending on the DMI's.

My workaround to this is creating two indicators where one is for short only else neutral and the other is long only else neutral. Then I'd set TDesk to place long or short trades when the ratio of the signals is in agreement knowing one will always be opposite of the other.

Now, did I really over complicate this? Is there a way to do what I'm asking in a much simpler way given my ignorance? Hopefully this isn't a dumb question.

can you post an image and your indicator with your request @ TDesk User Indicators Playground? I have an idea to make it possible: Below your given threshold, a NULL signal could be submitted to TDesk to leave this slot empty. This would allow to form Super Signals. In case of a cross of your given threshold, the indicator could publish a FLAT Signal and subsequently block any Super Signal.

100% NOT a bug, just me/my fault, but where? Anyone got an idea? I searched here but couldn't find it, so to prevent others for asking the same stupid question, I'll put the phrase here now: Error: No TDesk indicator signals found , better one dumb guy than 10 right?

Anyways, I have set up everything accordingly, see green boxes, yet I get that error for some reason... anyone know which part I could have done wrong?

Note: I set all reserved pairs to be GOLD instead of XAUUSD , and trading with THB currency, although that shouldn't matter.

Ah the screenshot of course (please take notice that I woint be trading like this, but just keep 1 chart fully open visible, now its just to show all):

I think you are mixing two systems here. SlopeyPeakyBob is a stand-alone EA- it does not require Tdesk to run. Tdesk requires you to open charts that have Tdesk compatible indicators on them and it generates signals from these charts. Trading Partner EA then uses these Tdesk signals to enter and exit trades.

I have a Tdesk configuration set on H4.

Solo signal had rised two-three bars ago, but at current moment still 100%. Signal age set to 60 minutes.

Is there any option or setting on TDesk that can tell to send solo signal every bar(mine is H4) if signal still 100%?

Or can Desky read every bar on set timeframe(H4) that signal is 100% and there is no open trade on that pair and open a trade?
