How to drag a object button on the Empty4 chart

I need some coding help. i want to dragging the object button anywhere on Empty4 chart by pressed the mouse .

i searched the forum but can find anything. can anyone help me.

like i want to move a object button on Empty4 chart and dragging the button x and y distance anywhere in the chart.

I didn't write this EA, but maybe the code might help you figure out how to accomplish your goal. The little "move" button allows you change the location of the other main buttons on the chart, seems like this might be similar to the functionality you are looking for.
