Editing Range Projections Indicator with conditions

Hi, came back here to SHF where I am sure experts are here to help.
I am not a coder, but I tried to edit an indicator initially called BoxFibo, it draws a rectangle of selected range of candles intraday and projects this range up and down using fibs.
The indicator is based on the idea of excuting and closing trades on certain fib levels of deviations from Asian range for example.
But I edited the fibs to obtain only clean deviations from 1 up to 10 deviation , the problems I had are:

1- Choosing time from 18 to 00 GMT will cause the indicator to draw the range from 00 to 18 instead.
2- 18 to 23:59 setting will make range visible only on M1 timeframe

What I aim for is drawing a box of the range of candles between 18 to 00 GMT (selectable) using the highest high and lowest low of candles' bodies or wicks (selectable)
And if this range was more than 15 or 20 pips (selectable) the range will be projected up and down 10 deviations using simple clean line segments that can be extended for (selected) hours
Need also to choose wether deviations are drawn form the edges of the range or starting from the mid point of the range (selectable)
PS note: this indicator doesn't display the number of pips in range, so this needs to be added too (selectable)

Note also that using two instants of the indicator on the same chart will cause one of them to disappear, so don't know if that has a trick to fix it out.
